The Principal

Skywalker Family Office is founded and guided by its Principals, Mr. Atul Dalmia and Mr. Anil Patel, first-generation entrepreneurs with over four decades of industrial leadership and strategic vision. Their entrepreneurial journey began more than forty years ago with the establishment of Rubamin, which they transformed from a bold idea into a globally respected leader in the critical mineral recycling industry.

Today, Skywalker Family Office represents the evolution of their lifelong commitment to innovation, integrity, and disciplined value creation—serving as a platform to steward capital responsibly, foster long-term partnerships, and preserve a multi-generational legacy built on purpose and excellence.

The Principals define the overarching investment framework,
within which the Skywalker operates as a disciplined financial and strategic custodian.

Our mandate encompasses the management of group wealth, the optimization of liquidity and treasury positions, and the provision of specialized support in reporting, succession planning, and compliance. Furthermore, we support promoter-led cultural initiatives, specifically within the visual arts. We provide continuity, structure, and accountability across all capital decisions, ensuring alignment with long-term family priorities.

Capital is primarily allocated through external fund managers selected for their expertise, process, and alignment.

We continuously monitor portfolio performance, exposures, and risks to ensure disciplined deployment and diversification.
